Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our family workshop in Florida. We take pride in carefully packaging every order ourselves to ensure your Tab Buddies arrive safely and quickly.

Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive an email (or SMS) with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship via USPS, offering:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Priority Shipping

  • Priority Express Shipping

From time to time, we may use an alternate carrier.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within the United States, including PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. Please note that our packages are small and are often delivered with your regular mail.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days of shipment, please contact us to initiate a no-cost replacement.

Before reaching out, we ask that you:

  • Double-check your mail and surrounding area

  • Ask neighbors or your local postal carrier if the package was misdelivered

If the package still can’t be located, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.
