Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your Tab Buddies! Because our products are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can verify and send a replacement.

Replacements are issued for:

• Items damaged during shipping

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect items received

We’re unable to offer replacements for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Color variations inherent to 3D printing

• Customer damage or misuse
