Which Tab Buddy is Right for Me?

Start with one question: what are you opening?

  • Food cans (soup, veggies, fruit, pet food), plus drink cans: pick a Tab Buddy XL or Adapt.
  • Drink cans only (soda, seltzer, energy drinks): pick a Soda Tab Buddy.
  • Need the most leverage and grip assistance on food and drink cans: pick the Tab Buddy Adapt.

Tab Buddy Adapt

Our longest Tab Buddy provides the most leverage for the easiest opening on both food and drink cans. A 1-inch diameter grip assist hole at the back fits a finger, thumb or digit, for steady control without a tight pinch.

Every Adapt is the same size and shape: 5 1/8 inches long, more than 1 1/2 times the length of the XL.

All colors and designs include an internal magnet for easy storage and a built-in hole for strap options. Use the grip assist hole for larger keychains. Strap and keychain options available separately.

Soda Tab Buddies

Small and chic, pops open your drink cans while saving your nails, joints and fingertips. Each includes a hole for your keychain. Choose from three styles:

  • Mini (1 5/8 inches): our smallest. Solid colors or translucent Crystal. From $7.95.
  • Classic (2 1/2 inches): our longest drink-can size, with the most leverage. Solid colors or translucent Crystal. From $8.95.
  • Designs: animals, characters, flags and more. Sizes vary by design from 1 5/8 to 2 1/2 inches. Keyring strap included. $9.95.

If opening cans takes real effort, go Classic. If you want the smallest one on your keys, go Mini. Soda Tab Buddies fit drink cans only. For food cans, pick the Tab Buddy XL.
